Your equipment, agronomy and books, finally talking.

Field records that fill themselves in, grain contracts in one place, and a cost per acre you can trust. We connect your machine data, your farm software and your books, and put AI to work across them.

Your systems

We work with the software you already run on

Most operations have data trapped in the tractor, the agronomist’s notes, the grain buyers’ portals and the books. We bring it together.

Machine and field data

  • John Deere Operations Center
  • Climate FieldView
  • CNH FieldOps
  • Farmers Edge

Farm records and accounting

  • FCC AgExpert
  • QuickBooks
  • Sage 50
  • Traction Ag

Grain, weather and reporting

  • Grain buyer portals
  • Environment Canada weather
  • SCIC reporting

If your software has an API or can export its data, we can usually connect it. Machine data is yours to share: you authorize access to your own organization, and for mixed fleets we may go through a licensed data service.

What we’d do

What we’d do for a farm or ag services business

Every business is different, so we start by looking at how yours runs. These are the kinds of things we’d suggest.

More custom work booked

  • A booking page for custom work: the farmer drops a pin or land location, crop and product, and gets a confirmation by text.
  • A pre-season text to past customers with your open slots.
  • A review or referral request after each job.

Your crew, organized

  • A harvest log by text or voice ("Field 12 canola, two loads to bin 7") that becomes tickets and bin records.
  • A crew job board with today’s fields, product, rate and map link, built for patchy rural signal.
  • Spray-window alerts for booked fields from Environment Canada wind and temperature forecasts. A planning aid; the applicator decides.

Everything connected

  • As-applied and harvest data from your equipment turned into cost per field in your farm records or books.
  • A grain-contract tracker: buyer confirmations and settlements in one table, matched to scale tickets.
  • Ask your farm questions in plain English across your machine data, contracts and books.

Less admin and bookkeeping

  • Daily spray records drafted from your as-applied files and the weather, in the layout Saskatchewan’s licence rules call for, and kept for three years.
  • SCIC prep: seeded acres by crop and field summarized before June 25, and production before November 15. You submit.
  • Custom-work invoices by the acre, with GST, the same day the job is done.

Know your numbers

  • Cost of production by field against your contracted price, with breakevens.
  • Equipment cost per acre, and owning versus hiring custom work.
  • Which fields and crops made money over the last five years.
Ask your business

Plain questions, answered from your own data

Once your systems are connected, you can ask about your business the way you’d ask a manager, and get an answer in seconds.

What did canola cost per acre on each field, and which fields lose money at our contracted price?
Three fields fall below breakeven at your contracted price. The quarter by the creek is the worst, about $40 an acre under. From your machine data, farm records and contracts
How many bushels of wheat are unpriced, and what’s contracted but not delivered, by month?
18,000 bushels are unpriced. 9,500 contracted bushels are due in November. From your grain contracts
How many acres did we spray for each customer in June, and which jobs aren’t invoiced?
11,240 acres in all. Six jobs worth $14,300 still need invoices. From your application records and books

Examples only. Your answers come from your own systems, and only the people you choose can ask.

FAQ

Questions from farm or ag services businesses

Do you work with FCC AgExpert?

Yes. AgExpert doesn’t publish an open API, so we work through its imports and exports and its FieldView and John Deere connections.

Can you get my data out of John Deere Operations Center?

With your permission: you authorize access to your own organization. For anything beyond your own use, Deere requires a production licence, so we may go through a licensed data service.

Can you handle my spray records?

We can draft the daily records automatically and store them. The licence holder stays responsible for checking them.

Let’s look at your business together
