Food cost, labour and delivery margins, by Monday morning.

Schedules that fit the forecast, delivery payouts that reconcile themselves, and reviews that get answered. We connect your POS, your scheduling and your books, and put AI to work across them.

Your systems

We work with the software you already run on

Most restaurants run a POS, a scheduling app, a few delivery tablets and an accounting package, and reconcile them by hand. We connect them.

Point of sale

  • Square
  • Toast
  • Lightspeed
  • TouchBistro
  • Clover

Staff and inventory

  • 7shifts
  • Push Operations
  • MarketMan

Delivery, bookings and books

  • SkipTheDishes
  • Uber Eats
  • DoorDash
  • OpenTable
  • QuickBooks

If your software has an API or can export its data, we can usually connect it. Square and Clover are open; Toast, Lightspeed and TouchBistro limit access by plan or approval, so we’ll start with whatever route your setup allows.

What we’d do

What we’d do for a restaurant

Every business is different, so we start by looking at how yours runs. These are the kinds of things we’d suggest.

More guests

  • A review engine: guests get a review request after a visit, unhappy feedback reaches the manager first, and replies are drafted for your approval.
  • Slow-night fill: when bookings look light, opted-in regulars get an invitation.
  • Catering and group inquiries answered with a quote drafted from your packages, and followed up after 48 hours.

Your team, organized

  • Schedule suggestions from your sales by hour, the weather and local events, pushed into 7shifts once you approve.
  • A call-out filler: an open shift is texted to qualified staff, and the first yes gets it.
  • Prep lists built from the forecast and your par levels.

Everything connected

  • Delivery-app payouts reconciled against your POS and your books.
  • Supplier invoices captured, with alerts when prices jump on your top items.
  • Ask your restaurant questions in plain English across your POS, schedules and invoices.

Less admin and bookkeeping

  • A daily sales journal in your books, split into PST, liquor consumption tax and GST.
  • Tip-out calculations for every shift.
  • A checker that catches mismatches between your POS menu and your delivery menus.

Know your numbers

  • Menu engineering: margin against popularity for every dish.
  • Labour as a share of sales by daypart, with an overtime watch.
  • What each delivery app really earns you after commissions.
Ask your business

Plain questions, answered from your own data

Once your systems are connected, you can ask about your business the way you’d ask a manager, and get an answer in seconds.

Which dishes lost the most margin after the last supplier price increase?
Five did, led by the short rib, which dropped from 68% to 59%. Suggested new prices are ready to review. From your supplier invoices and POS
After commissions, what did we keep from each delivery app in August, compared with our own online orders?
Online orders kept 91%. The delivery apps kept between 68% and 74%, depending on the app. From your POS and delivery payouts

FAQ

Questions from restaurant businesses

Do you work with Toast, Square, Lightspeed or TouchBistro?

Yes, in different ways. Square and Clover are open. Toast works through its read-only API add-on or a custom integration. Lightspeed and TouchBistro need the vendor’s approval, so we may start from exports.

Can you connect 7shifts?

Yes. Your admin creates an access token, and some data needs a higher 7shifts plan.

Do we have to switch POS?

No. We connect what you already use.
